Three things we
get right.
Every session structured around what actually works for kids — proper coaching, real inclusion, and the practical reliability that busy parents need from an after-school arrangement.
Every week, whatever the weather
Sessions run in all conditions — coaches carry indoor adaptations for wet-play days. Sessions rarely cancel; when they do, you'll hear early.
Every child welcome
ll skill levels, all abilities. Not just the sporty kids. Coaches trained to meet every child where they are and build confidence week by week.
Every coach cleared and qualified
Enhanced DBS on every coach, refreshed annually. Current safeguarding and paediatric first aid. £10M public liability. It's all in place before your child arrives.
All club dates,
on iPal.
Every after-school club — dates, availability, payment, cancellation — lives on iPal, our secure booking platform. Register once, then book any of our clubs (or other PSP programmes) with a single account.

The unglamorous essentials
The bits that make the difference between a good after-school club and a frustrating one. If we've missed anything, ask us.
What to wear
PE kit works perfectly — comfortable sports clothing, trainers with grip, water bottle. In line with our risk assessments.
What happens in wet play
Coaches carry indoor adaptations. Sessions rarely cancel. If they do, we'll notify you at least 2 hours before with reschedule options.
Where to collect
Same spot each week, confirmed at first session. Coaches match each child to their listed collector — no handovers to unknown adults.
Policies & safeguarding
Full policies — safeguarding, health & safety, GDPR — available on our Policies & Procedures page.

What parents ask.
Register yourself and your child on iPal once — takes about 5 minutes. Once you're set up, you can browse available clubs, book slots, and pay securely all in one place. Your account persists across terms and across other PSP programmes, so you don't have to re-register for each new club.
Every PSP coach holds an enhanced DBS, refreshed annually. Every coach also holds current paediatric first aid and safeguarding Level 3 qualifications. PSP is Ofsted-registered and currently rated Outstanding. Full credentials available on request.
Not at all. Our clubs are deliberately mixed-ability — you'll always find beginners and more experienced kids in the same session, and coaches are trained to work across skill levels within one group. Every session includes fundamentals so newcomers can join at any point.
Yes — clubs are booked as term blocks (typically 7–8 sessions running weekly across the half-term). When you check iPal, you'll see the specific dates of the current block, along with the total price. Pay once, come every week.
Life happens — illness, appointments, birthday parties. Term blocks are booked and paid as a whole, so individual missed sessions aren't typically refundable. But we do our best to accommodate rescheduling where possible — contact us as early as you can if you know in advance.
Yes — most major schemes including Tax-Free Childcare. Contact us to arrange payment via voucher. iPal supports standard card and voucher-adjacent payments.
Very welcome. Tell us at booking so we can prepare properly — adjustments might include smaller group placement, quieter warm-up spots, or extra 1-1 support if needed. For more intensive support, our schools-facing 1-1 Mentoring/SEND programme is available separately.
