The objective of the ABC Amigo's programme is to encourage children between the ages of 18 months and 5 years old to be physically literate through the reinforcement of fundamental movements.
Agility, balance, and co-ordination provide the basis of these sessions. Our ABC Amigo's programme enables children to be physically literate, supporting their development to become competent, and become confident and healthy movers.
ABC Amigo's sessions are delivered in the following age groups:
18 months - 3 years:
The first of our ABC Amigo's sessions is developed for children aged 18 months to 3 years old. These sessions focus on soft skill set development, providing infants with the opportunity to develop their fundamental skills, and enhance them for future development.
3 - 5 years:
The second phase of our ABC Amigo's programme works on instilling fundamental movement skills with infants. Dedicated to children aged 3 to 5 years old, these session ensure that infants are ready to utilise their ABC skills in multiple sports.
