1-1 Mentoring/SEND with PSP
Our bespoke 1:1 mentoring programme is designed to support pupils who may be at
risk of disengagement, have SEND needs, experience social, emotional and mental
health challenges, or face barriers to learning and participation. Through trusted
relationships, targeted interventions, and the power of sport and physical activity, we
help young people develop confidence, resilience, self-regulation, and positive
attitudes towards school. Our mentoring supports key school priorities including
attendance, behaviour, personal development, pupil wellbeing, and inclusion,
enabling pupils to overcome challenges, realise their potential, and achieve positive
outcomes both within education and throughout their wider lives.
“Leaders are consistent in making sure that any barriers children face are swiftly identified” (Ofsted, 2026).
“Excellent support is in place for children with special educational needs and/or disabilities (SEND)” (Ofsted, 2026)."
